Creamy, lemon meringue pie & tart au citron, Bags of honey and creamy green apple. In the mouth it's incredibly fresh with a sharp acidity though full, almost unctuous breath though, lovely!

Very good. Fresh, honeyed, creamy, apples, white peach, yeasty biscuit due to its 4-5 years on lees. Fine mousse, lightly creamy and still very fresh. Needs 3-4 years to soften. But still damn tasty

A Domaine Huet w/ bubbles (2009) Who knew? Classic Chenin flavors of apple peel combined with a bit of cheese rind (my friend Jeffrey's notes, but spot on!) More effervescence than bubbles, it was a festive accompaniment to dinner and dessert!
