Vintage age 2018 | yesterday tasted with Coravin, today with more air. That gives the wine an extra dimension - so eventually decant it. Smell: Turkish Fruit, hay, impression of honey and melon. Well balanced taste, well rounded taste ( in Dutch: mollig) high in bitters. Became a real treat with a sushibol as first course and Cantonese cabbage with shrimps afterwards. — 23 days ago
A beautiful and approachable sparkling that reminds you to slow down and enjoy life. It pairs well with almost anything- elegant, tasteful, and fun! Great price point to have around the house for a “just because” day or special occasion. — 3 months ago
A lovely after dinner ice wine. Perfect with a bold cheese. — 2 months ago
Huge pineapple, peach, jasmine, minerals with great balance and concentration. Had over 3 nights with salad with roasted nuts, goat cheese pasta, and nigiri, delicious with everything. Would love to see how this ages — 3 months ago

I tasted this same 2010 about a year ago and wondered it would improve with further aging. I think the answer is yes.
This time around it shows more layered profile, with bruised apple, honeysuckle, beeswax, citrus peel, and wet stone leading the nose. The palate is broad and textured. Acidity has shaved off some hard edges, yet remains focus and intense. Engaging long finish. — 9 days ago
