Le Mont Demi-Sec Vouvray Chenin Blanc

I have loved watching this develop over the last 8 months. The lime has toned down and transitioned into ripe pear, pineapple, chamomile, sundried hay, toasted coconut and macadamia. August as wine.

Nutty, water chestnuts, quinine, dry straw, hay bale, peanut skins, taste of raw peanut in palette

Racing acidity not quite balanced by sweetness. Not the class and certainly not the nose of a good off dry mosel but pretty decent in its own right.

So pretty. Juicy peaches, honeysuckle and lime zest.

Very pretty nose. sugar is slightly out of balance but has great future. would like to revisit this wine in 10 years time
