Rich, dark black cherries on the nose with lovely wet earth, mint, mushed leaves, black currant and blackberry. Very 2020. Dark and brooding. Which is very Narbantons. Palate is a closed mess to be honest as this is my 3rd recent 20 and the vintage seems closed. It’s fresh and generous but out of sorts. Let’s see what air does. Juicy and velvety tannins and terrific grip and freshness. I think this will come around.
