Maybe the best Cotes du Rhône I’ve had. Drinking like a Saint Joseph. Pepper, cured meats, brambly fruit, crushed rocks, wild herbs, soft mouthfeel, bright acid and medium body.

A medium body dark ruby red. Fruit forward (strawberries) and smooth at first but then a chalky alcoholic taste at the end. Not in love with it- see it as a table red only. Suggested for Infatuation’s/Parcelle’s Zoom Wine School #3
