Cremant de Loire: For the money this is very good. In fact this is just very good and you'd probably pay more for this if put on the spot. It's about €9 ex cellar, probably £12-13 in UK. Shows typicity of CB on the nose; Apple, peach, honey intermingled with leesy, pastry notes from the 12-18 months lees ageing. Light creamy mousse, good fruit, balanced acidity. Spot on. Glad I bought a couple of cases of this!
