The euphemism we use at work is "agricultural" on the nose, and it doesn't disappoint there. Eggs is eggs. Rachel says "it smells like shit, but tastes like flowers!"

Viognier and Pinot Blanc mix, very agricultural on the schnozz but chewy and intriguing in the mouth hole. Addendum: holy shit this really opens up after a bit and becomes super gluggable, rating adjusted!
