Opened very young, but couldn't resist a small vin doux naturels and Sauternes flight with my fresh Stilton. Not quite honeyed or as rich as Sauternes, but enjoyable. Nose brings out damp floral notes. Elderflower, honeysuckle and extremely pungent jasmine spring to life in the glass. Palate doesn't offer much more then honeycomb and some noticeable heat.

A real sugar bomb, with overwhelming honey notes and an almost grainy mouthfeel. Will hopefully develop some complexity with age, but right now it's pretty one-note.
