Since big red was working, I felt comfortable enough to open good Burgundy! Decanted, this note is from right after decanting. Fresh, bright red cherries, rosewater, moldering leaves, really pretty. Great example of younger Burgundy. Silky, but still very drying tannins, and bracing acidity gives it plenty of backbone and development ahead...reaffirms my love of Burgundy! #rockthered #letsgocaps #playoffs
