Domaine Michel Lafarge
Raisins Dorés Bourgogne Aligoté

Trying not to let the new label affect my enjoyment regarding wine....wink, wink. 2017 is undoubtedly richer in youth than most vintages drunk previously. And there is an aldehydic inflection during finish. Hmmm....not the refined, linear snap I recall in the past.

Don’t let it be known but Aligote is the great understated wine of Burgundy. Let’s keep it amongst ourselves so the price stays reasonable! Tempted to give it a 9. Cracking stuff. Better than the Comte Armand.
