Dec 21st, 2024This may be one of the bigger structured & youthful showing 2011’s that needed an hour of air in the glass to open with notes of dense red berry fruit earth , mineral, orange peel, mineral & spice. I would give this a few more years in the cellar.

A bit intense on the oak, and almost a touch stewy at first. Lots of pretty fruit did show up after 20 minutes in the glass
