Bone dry. Pear, stone fruits and chamomile on the nose. Med + acidity, nice oily mouthfeel and more complex on the palate with toast aromas, spices and hazelnuts. After one hour in it gets more tropical and grippy and the finish lengthens. Pleasure to drink and beautiful with food.
