Domaine Paul Buisse Touraine Sauvignon Blanc 2020: Light-bodied. Nice acidity. Strong floral aromas and a light yellow color. Tasting notes of grapefruit, orange peel, lemon, peach & green apple. Nice minerality and a clean medium finish. This wine was gifted to me this summer and it was remarkable. Very refreshing, fruity & bright with great pronounced flavors. Made for a nice evening and complemented my pre-meal of soft cheeses and dinner of roasted vegetables. Great day to all! Cheers🍷
