Smoky yet creamy, shot through with tarragon, electric. Sancerre used to be this good. #screwratings

Good sauv blanc from Menetou-Salon (adjacent to Sancerre). Smooth and good finish. Drank with lemon-artichoke halibut papillote. [Finish started good but died off after 30 mins. Starting to think that Elissa is soaping our wine glasses. This keeps happening with whites. Score is based on what I thought it could be. Previously had at Brad's and was really good. ]
