Dark bricking tawny. Opaque. Fruit forward nose with herbs, kirsch, raspberries, some earth and a little licorice. Nicely balanced in the mouth. Tannins resolves. At peak. Good with pizzas from the pizza oven.

Jan 28th, 2018From a bottle bought on release. Dark tawny color with reddish amber rims. Great herbal nose with notes of cranberries, herbs de Provence, soil and black cherries. Rich and round in the mouth. Tannins are soft and fully integrated. A little heat. Dry but nice finish. This is in a great drinking window right now. One of the better CdPs I've had in a long time.

Inaugural vintage and showing better than it did in August. Mostly old-vine Grenache from the era before the domaine began entirely destemming. This is big, burly, epic, and velvety CDP. Like hugging a fuzzy bear.
