9.1

Great colour, akin to classic Georgian Skin contact amber.
Nose also has that amphora style character along with baked/caramelised apple, honey, toffee apple and plenty of baking spice (cinnamon predominantly) along with walnut skin n ting.
Palate is unctuous and rich, plenty of glycerin and alcohol, low acid, pronounced alcohol. Tasted like the wine equivalent of calvados. Best with food, a cigar or a fat doobie and some 90’s hip-hop. 🤙🏽
