Exactly what you’re looking for out of pure burgundy. Sultry aromas jumping out of the glass and in the mouth elevated to the next level with so much going on. Framed by acidity and mild tannin; fruit, earth, spice. Complex. With length. Sexy.

Since the traditional Burgundy vinification methods require the grapes to be fermented “entière” (in whole bunches) the loose berries are not used, despite being wonderfully ripe.
