Last of three bottles. Structurally mature. On opening there is a really nice tertiary bouquet but that recedes and the slightly stewed funk that had always been there is back. There are flashes of purer fruit which I don’t remember from before, though. This seems as ready as it will be but a part of me wonders what would happen if it was just forgotten for a while longer.
