Always enjoyed this one, I don't think it would have lasted unless it had this acidic backbone, there's a caramel/spent coffee grind aspect, don't think you could consume a whole bottle, but for the Langoustine/Foie Gras/Ravioli/Black Truffle it's one of the best pairings I've ever had.
