Very clean, subtle nose of apples and orchid. Touch of toast. The beautiful minerality and purity led me to guess Puligny Montrachet. The complexity on the nose, and long finish had us guessing grand cru. Would love to revisit in 5/10 years.

Intense smoky, honey and oaky characters on the nose, supported with signature minerality on the palate. Missing some mid-palate fruity flavors, but overall pretty balanced
