After drinking the ‘15 last week it seemed logical to revisit the ‘14. A whiff of reduction that mixes well with the apple and citrus scents . Beautifully handled oak that never intrudes on the wonderful pure fruit flavors.

Myer lemon, crushed rock, dusty citrus. Such a good wine.

Beautiful wine and one we don’t see in Asheville very often. Pristine, pure, tooth-rattling acidity to go along with lemon, spiced apple, marzipan, and mineral. Could someone bring me some oysters please? I’ll settle for roast chicken......

Mineral, lemon zest nose. Lemon zest, almond oil, minerals. Love white burgundy. And this is it.
