The reality is, I waited too long.  The “knock” against this site is it can lack some acidity. On top of that throw in a very warm vintage and you have the recipe for a wine that will not age very well. Roulot flavors that weigh on the tongue unable to hitch an acid ride.

Jan 10th, 2023This was the older sibling at the table. A little bossy, serious and confident. Elegant focused nose and a slightly austere palate . Kept opening with air. Full of freshness.
