I'm convinced now that Rose with any structure should be aged for at least one year. That, or these wineries use too much sulpher. This was super nice with lots of orange and spice notes but there was some reductive notes still around... I should have waited!

Medium copper, barnyard, little watery, lite so2, middle disappears, moderate acid, okay but probably better out there.
