Middle of the pack italian, baked fruit, violets, a little alcohol burn in the nose, medium tannin- especially on mid palate, cranberry, explore variety more. — 8 years ago
Lots of lychee, crisp stone fruit- white peach, nectarine, little burnt sulfur in background. Mid palate density, not a long finish. Decent acid. Paired with cheeses and membrillo. — 8 years ago

Nose promising, red fruit- currants, cranberry, cherry, but ultimately falls short. Bit watered down. Short finish. Tasted with assorted cheese and membrillo. Not sold on Brouilly- will have to explore other beaujolais crus. — 8 years ago
