Alsace Gewürztraminer

Classic Alsatian Gewürztraminer. Ginger and clove spice with tropical fruit and a hint of minerality. Fresh, dry finish.

Lots of lychee, crisp stone fruit- white peach, nectarine, little burnt sulfur in background. Mid palate density, not a long finish. Decent acid. Paired with cheeses and membrillo.

Tropical fruits, ginger and honey. Just a hint a sweetness balanced well with good acidity and mineral like finish
