100% Aligoté from old vines in two sites in Marsannay - Champ Forey and Auvonnes - both farmed biodynamically. Fermented with indigenous yeasts and aged for 12 months - 2/3 in foudre and 1/3 in used oak barrels. Very fresh and vibrant with lemon zest and minerals on the nose. Racy acidity. Saline.
