Wow! This was a 2011 vintage opened on 11.16.2019. Was a fun to drink with spicy meat chili. Flavors of wild herbs, chocolate, and heavy, sharp tannins. Ultra dry! Could use another 5-10 years. Looking for more! Buy and hold these bad boys if you can find them!
