Excellent structure and balance. Deep wine with the classic Domaine Tempier earthy tones. Lovely texture throughout. Paired nicely with the lamb.

Ran through an aerator into a decantor for 30min. So so young. The nose is very inviting of youthful joyous dark fruits. This is definitely a Bandol that can be enjoyed in its youth. The tannins soften fairly quickly.
