This was excellent. Fresher than Le Paridis, classsic Sancerre minerality, citrus, grass, elderflower, balanced by the acidity, but very round. Excellent and drinking beautifully.

An excellent and very unique example of Sauvignon Blanc. Tastes like it has some lees aging and a bit of oak content. Evolved in the glass for 20 minutes!
