at wset level 2 course (3rd meeting)
second from a burgundy couple of whites (we knew it's burgundy and expected on chablis and another one)

pronounced 👃 of candy, peach and bread.
high acidity.
full body.
mostly citrus and added cream 👄
long 🎯
a very well made wine but like the 1st one i wasnt thrilled.
burgundy wines weren't all the rage (this time).
