Plums, barnyard on the nose. The palate is pretty nice. Fresh with a nice acid backbone and nice red fruits (strawberry, raspberry, currant). Long finish. A touch of Bordeaux (Cabernet sauvignon?). Very exciting, out of the box, wine

We asked the som for something full-bodied, elegant over juicy, and interesting. She did not disappoint.
This is one of the only natural wines in the cellar. Fermented slowly in concrete. Some really interesting foliage aromas and maybe a hint of violet and wild blueberry. Medium tannins.
One of the most curious features is that it occasionally gave the impression of being frizzante on the tip of my tongue (even though it's completely still).
