Vintage 2023 | Happy New Year! I thought ‘a stairs to heaven’ (Himmelstiege) to start with. Nice citrus smell that continues in the taste. Crispy wine from Austria. Paired with a 🦌 paté (good) and potted 🦐 (better). Juicy wine with character.
