2011. Tobacco and dark chocolate aromas with dark fruit and stewed prune flavors. Still has some nice tannins (not bitter or too drying) that keep it from getting cloying after a glass or two. We had some friends that really liked Malbec, so we picked up a few for the cellar and never got around to drinking them… this wine worked well as an after dinner “dessert” without the sweetness of a similar flavored port.
