We had our first Kindili wine at Chambre Noir in Paris and it was such a highlight (even though it isn’t a French wine). This white blend is so perfectly spring. Light bright and full of tropical fruits notes. Great with our spring farmers market meal of ramp and morel pasta.

Such rich flavor! Bright, golden rays of sunshine. Very golden. And warm. Smells of passion fruit and a waft of lilies and... sweet canned corn, slightly. Taste of nutty Parmesan, soft buttery citrus, with short finish, yet deeply memorable. Feels like in a 70s kitchen with daylight streaming through orange linen curtains, tinting everything in a glowing, textural, and serene warmth.
