Best bottle yet, singing along with Panda Gourmet Sichuan. The live fruit mixed with the pretty tannins make me wish I had more. Will improve for at least a couple of years. Love the screwcaps.. Really a great counter balance to this food, a perfect match to a wide variety of flavors.
