May 8th, 2018Luscious stone fruits of apricot, nectarine, tart, sour, ultra dry orange unfiltered deliciousness with a strong body that can hold its' own. Paired it with roasted poblano peppers stuffed with curried lentils, just perfect to compliment the complex spices.

Jun 8th, 2017This a special wine for sure. Tons of stone fruit and skin fermented! resulting in a surprising tannacity not usually found in whites. Also, unfiltered which accounts for the shocking color. Did I mention the wild yeast? Yes, there is that too. Liquid art.
