Zoom event with Drew Bledsoe and Josh McDaniels. Vertical from ‘07, ‘14, ‘15, ‘16, ‘17, ‘17 estate, and ‘18. All were exceptionally smooth and silky with good depth of fruit. Notes on the ‘15: favorite of the tasting. Best balance of fruit, earth and oak with enough age to bring them all into balance. 98% CS, 2% Malbec. Cassis and blackberry on the nose, blackberry and earthy tones on the palate, with the most elegant finish of the tasting.

Forgot to add this about 4 months ago! This is the 2nd Drew Bledsoe Doubleback vintage we have had the privilege to savour. These wines never disappoint. True balance of dry and full flavour. Absolutely adore these wines. Hats off Drew Bledsoe and family u fkin rawk! Thanks again for the incredibly sweet gift to my bro-in-law JR. Reliable favorite but highly pricey- so worth it!

Just got my allocation. Had to see if ok. Well it really, it is a lack of self control. Wonderful aroma is dark fruit. That great cab aroma. Complexity all the way and Long delicious finish. A really good wine and I say ready to drink. Not sure what Aging will accomplish. I’ll let you know in a few years. Buy this wine
