Very sweet fragrant fruit blossom nose after being open for 30 minutes but initially it was a little sour in the nose. Initially this wine was syrupy sweet to taste, too sweet for a semi-dry but after 30 minutes it settled down and some acidity and mineral come through to balance it with a green apple finish. I’ll be stashing my second bottle for a couple of years.
