Must be one of the best Kabinetts going around. Peach and mineral for days - the latter a product of the slatey notes of the Sonnenuhr. Hard to see it getting better than it is now although lacks the complexity of Prum’s better cuvées. — 2 days ago
Light Golden color, apricot, jasmine, and peach compote. Complex with a long finish and string of acid throughout. Just Divine. Hard to imagine Alsace gets much better than this ! — 14 days ago
Substantial yet ethereal, minerality radiates out like a fan, & the notes- apricot pit, white asparagus, red apple skin- feel balanced against that Lauer acidic cut. Serious juice. — a month ago
Lovely and fresh ambrosia, strong notes of apple, quince, pear, a bit of lemon. At 12 years old developing just the hint of tertiary flavors and petrol. Easy drinking in the best of ways. — 20 days ago
