Erdener Treppchen Kabinett Mosel Riesling

All the right aromas and flavors in just the right portions. Long, mellow finish. One of my favorites.

Its as sweet as my tits

Very light, clean and refreshing. Not overly ripe with very low alcohol. A great aperitif wine. Plenty of acidity so it can go with food.

A balance of sweet and acid to draw you in.

Tons of fruit on the nose and on the palate but balanced with the right acidity and a decent amount of residual sugar which made it perfect for Chinese food. Dangerously drinkable, and would love to taste after a handful of years in the bottle too.
