I was expecting this to be a little more aromatic. The primaries are fading and the tertiaries are just developing. This is maybe a bottle to hold & revisit in a couple of years. Beautiful palate & sugar/acid balance.

Great nose, overall good acidity/sugar balance. Should improve with a few more years in the bottle.

Incredibly sweet. Starts quite acidic but little aftertaste. Very good, definitely would drink again - although as a dessert or cheese wine (currently paired as an aperitif)
