Sushi and Spätlese - a duet of pleasures. The wine is on the sweeter side, but retains its vibrant acidity. It’s aromatic - perfumed with honeysuckle, cherry blossom, and chamomile - next to honey, beeswax, candied ginger, mushroom, lemon peel, yellow apple, and stone fruit notes such as dried apricot, ripe peach, and nectarine.
