I could bang on about a flood of lime and slate but simply to say a delicious drink. I can see why German Riesling is James Halliday's "desert island drink". 17+ This is the Kabinett not a Beerenauslese. Had another bottle on 24 January 2016. Citrus and slate notes. Delicious as always 8.5% Alc. Evidence of petillance on inside of wine glass.

Beautiful German Riesling. Big fan of Dr. Loosen. Light smells of clean Brie cheese and pears with a creamy salty/sweet taste on the palate. Drink on a Sunday afternoon beneath the trees.
