Out of the bottle it smells slightly sweet. DOCG non vintage. Nose is over ripe peaches, apricot, bruised apple, and honey. Palate is dry, fruity & light carbonation. Peaches and cream, candied ginger, well balanced and not too sweet. Excellent buy around $15.

Very ripe peaches and bruising apricots on nose. Spiced apple and ginger lead to a very creamy mousse, well integrated acidity and slightly sweet finish. Quite enjoyable as an aperitif.
