Dry Creek Valley Cabernet Sauvignon

DCV does it again, continuing to impress. I must visit this region some day. Beautiful lush berries, cedar, vanilla bean followed by cassis and licorice. Big, bold, yet well integrated tannins that balance everything to perfection! Vintage2010

Smooth start with low fruit. Slightly bitter, moderate+ dry finish

Earthy nose and on the front of the palette. The tannins are rich and dissolve quickly

An instant winner from the first taste. Nice depth and backbone. Will be searching out for more if this.

Dry long finish velvety smooth with black fruits coming through along with cocoa powder and baking spice. Nice with steak
