Citrusy/fruity nose. Light bodied, crisp with smooth finish. Simmers out after being in glass. Strong finish giving a carbonated esque feeling "steely mineral finish

Recommended as a white that red lovers can get into. At 14% it's exceptionally dry. My inexperienced impression of the attack was that it smelled "just like white wine." And maybe owing to the high alcohol level and simple character of sauv blanc, this was slightly forgivable. Definitely on the citrus end of things. Quite sour ie refreshing. Went well with my chicken kebobs with tzatziki. Pear and banana middle. Short.
