Nothing special but a decent Gigondas, open now with a bit of air, with plenty left in the tank for the next 5-10 years. Nice dusty fruits.

Guigal Gigondas 2009 - tremendous wine, spectacularly flavorful, complex and drinkable. Spicy but not hot; well blended and smooth. Drank well with goulash zuppe. Fantastic.
