Lemon essence, thyme and stone-filled grassy meadows greet the nose. That bright lemon vibe remains on the palate followed by salty minerality on the lengthy finish. It's almost as if the wine was made from a parcel carved out of Sancerre and then placed high in the Alps.

Iced up in snow and getting nicer as it warms up. This is going to be very tasty with my Cajun shrimp dish that I am concocting. Still to cold since it’s been outside for most of the day but a little lemon drop is jumping out. Yum!!

Gorgeous, round fruit, some floral notes, with a chalky minerality. Sharp, clean, but gets rounder with time and more nervy. Gets waxy and lightly roasted, even, with time. An otherworldly Sauvignon for sure.
