Central Coast Sauvignon Blanc

A pleasing blend of light citrus--orange, lime--and grassier earthier notes. But the whole effect is not muddy or heavy at all! A delightful change from the grapefruity Sauvignon Blancs that I usually seek out.

Muted aromatics, Reduced (burnt rubber). Very disappointing & I dumped the bottle. I know what Edna Valley is capable of producing & this bottle is not it.

Not the best Sauvignon Blanca I’ve ever had, But drinkable

Smooth with tastes of butter, very mild citrus fruit. Finish is bitter however and although the wine is drinkable, the aftertaste is just a bit too harsh for me. colder the better

First day working at Edna Valley!

I like SB but never enough to love it. This one though has citrus notes without being grapefruit which makes a nice change. There is a lighter fruitiness and bit of lingering bitterness (in a good way). Overall a pretty decent wine, especially at a decent price from a grocery store. Worth a try.

Perfume nose, crisp tropical fruit. Short finish.

Drier than most, not too fruity.

Great dry white to cook with!

Not bad for what it is. Just not a big fan of sauvignon blanc
