This has aged very well. Jolie Bouche has always been one of my favorite Syrahs from Efeste. So much dark fruit and spice still left on this one. Still tasted delicious on the second day too.

May 13th, 2020I couldn’t wait, had to open up another bottle, so good! Earthy nose with some hints of green pepper. Such a nice wine to drink now.

Sep 12th, 2018Leather, cherry, earth on the nose. Fantastic wine. Smooth, but can still taste the fruit on the front, and a bite on the back. Holding my other bottles for a few more years.
